Order Processing
•⁠ ⁠Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Processing time does not include weekend days).
•⁠ ⁠Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

US Territories and APO/FPO Locations
Customer orders ship to APO/FPO locations and will ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times to APO/FPO locations vary greatly. US locations may take 10 days, while overseas locations may take up to 30-45 days to deliver.

International Shipping
At the present time, we ship to all african , and only Canada and select countries.

International Order Shipping Costs: Vary by order weight and order destination

International Order Delivery Time: Shipping takes between 7-21 business days, Monday-Friday. Orders can be further delayed if held at customs pending a request for further details from the order recipient, a payment for VAT and/or customs fees by the recipient is due, or inclement weather or other carrier delays..

You can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, but to make any purchases you need to create an account by providing an email address and creating a password. How Can I Pay on Your Site?
We accept major debit cards on our platform, our CBN approved payment portal is totally secure with data encryption, SSL certificates, 24/7 monitoring and other methods to keep you totally covered. We ask your bank for authorization of your debit/credit card when you place an order with us. Delivery and return Deliveries are within 1-3 working days of placing your order between the hours of 9am-6pm for nationwide orders and 3-7 working days for orders worldwide.

We also offer express delivery/next working day delivery to some areas within Lagos.Please note that deliveries might be delayed due to public holidays, political unrest, force majeure or any other event beyond our control. Return: If you would like to return for any reasons, kindly notify customer service within 3 days of shipment delivery. We can arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you indicate a return request (Terms and Conditions apply). Return Charges for shipping errors, damage or defects will be incurred by us while shipping/ delivery charges will be incurred by you on returns for other reasons.

When a return request is made, one scheduled attempts within 48 hours will be made at your convenience. However, after 1 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you may not be able to return your product to us anymore.Coco healthy hub reserves the right to refuse returns for items just because a customer is not interested in the product anymore. Please be sure of your purchase before you check out.
